Businesses are increasingly turning to recurring revenue as a key source of income. As UX Designer for ecobee, my role was to lead the design of both digital and physical subscription experiences.

The experiences I worked on enhanced the service that ecobee offers to its customers in terms of convenience, cost and environmental impact.

I worked closely with product managers, front and back-end developers, SREs, QAs and fellow UX designers to deliver the experiences that I designed. My work typically included
