As a Consultant for Infinity Works, I helped cinch to deliver customer-focused features across payments, promotions and value-add products.

Pay by bank - Open Banking for cinch customers, allowing users to pay for car purchases directly from their bank account, avoiding the need for card payments and the headache of low transaction limits.

Promotion management - Allowing cinch to create and manage customer-facing promotions through a simple interface which removed Engineering dependancy from the existing process and increased the speed at which cinch could react to changes in the market.

After-sale insurance - Providing peace of mind for customers and an additional revenue stream for cinch.
